Auric Divisions

Companies that own a field of work

Divisions are Auric's long-term companies. Each one owns a clear field, can run multiple programs, and is built to last.

How it fits

A division does the work. A pillar sets the direction. A project focuses on one specific goal.

Company Architecture

Three layers of Auric

Pillars set direction, divisions are Auric companies/organizations (pillars in practice), and projects focus on narrow technical goals.

Pillars

Direction

Four long-term broad focuses that define what Auric cares about. Pillars are symbols for setting a direction.

02

Divisions

Companies

Wholly or majority-owned divisions or subsidiaries of Auric that execute on a pillar. For example, a divison called Auric Space might execute on our Space pillar.

03

Projects

Focused work

Narrow technical efforts aimed at one outcome: a specific problem, capability, or enabling piece of work.

Meridian is Auric's only division today. More will be added when work is large enough and independent enough to stand on its own.

Growth

We add divisions when the work is ready

A division requires sufficient resources, a lasting mandate, its own way of working, and enough scope to support many projects over time. When these requirements are met for executing on a pillar, a division is created.
